How do you want your children to think and act? We all know that you can't just tell them what to think and feel, but how do you start? The mind is powerful, and it's the first thing that starts forming at birth. It's not something we can stop or replace, but we can start raising our children on a more positive path by helping them understand how their minds work. This can be done by reading books, having conversations about positive things in life, playing games together using logic, or asking them what they would do if they were king or queen for one day and understand their thought process and make them to realize they are worth of doing anything in the world and you need to train them to give birth to their dreams and emotions 

The mind is a powerful thing, and it's important to train it as you get older. Try these tips for strengthening your mind!

1) Be  courageous and make your emotions strong 

            You are powerful and courageous enough to face everything. You can make your emotions strong, so that even after a tough day you can smile.


 Take control of your thoughts and actions, so that they become your best friend .

2) Set goals  & try to conquer it 

            Start with setting a goal, then take it one step at a time. Whatever you do, try to succeed in your task so that you can feel proud of yourself.

            If you have a goal, don't suppress your natural tendency to reach for it. Instead, set up your mind for success. Visualize and feel into the life that you want. Or just imagine what it would be like if you already had all the things that are blocking that vision in your mind. Think about it as if it happened already and then put yourself there then nothing can stop you from your success !        

3)Delete Negative Thoughts     

       Control your thoughts and eliminate the negative ones.  Be present in the moment, focus on what you can feel instead of what you think.

        If you want to change your mind, then start by changing the content of your thoughts. Whether you're working to improve your mood or performance in the gym, or simply want to push through those mental plateaus, the first step is finding the negative thought that is holding you back. Once you have identified this thought and replaced it with a new positive one, it can be easier to achieve success later on.

            1)Create a to-do list and try to complete it daily .

            2) Pick up a hobby that suits you and keep you engaged which makes you mind out of all distractions.

           3) Get an adequate sleep which is most important .

           4)Play memory games that will increase memory power .

           5) Feed your brain with positive thoughts by socializing with positive people.
